So, This Actually Happened..

Since we’ve been away, we haven’t been able to cover this like we wanted to. A few days ago, the man pictures above, Wes Breedwell, was fired from the music venue Rocketown in Nashville, TN after working there for 7 years.
The cause? He wore a Hostage Calm t-shirt that says “I support same sex-marriage.” Rocketown, a Christian-owned venue, is not a church, or any such other place of worship, but Wes was fired because he displayed beliefs that “contradicted the mission” of the venue. PS: In lieu of this, The Story So Far and Man Overboard are looking to move their show that was scheduled at the venue on 3/27.
PPS: Sparks The Rescue will ALSO be moving their show in Nashville due to this.
